Ophthalmologic Conditions

We offer a range of infusion therapies to support individuals living with ophthalmologic conditions, helping manage diseases that impact the eyes, vision, and overall eye health. Below, you'll find an overview of the different conditions we support and the therapies designed to improve outcomes and quality of life.

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is an autoimmune disease that primarily targets the optic nerves and spinal cord, leading to symptoms such as vision loss, weakness, and paralysis. This disorder can affect individuals of any age, but is more frequently seen in women and commonly presents in adulthood.

Thyroid eye disease

Thyroid eye disease is an autoimmune condition associated with Graves’ disease that leads to inflammation and swelling of the eye tissues, causing symptoms such as bulging eyes, redness, and double vision. It primarily affects adult women who are diagnosed with thyroid disorders.

Uveitis is an inflammation of the uvea, the middle layer of the eye, which can cause redness, pain, blurred vision, and sensitivity to light. It can affect people of any age, but is most commonly seen in young and middle-aged adults.
