Leah joined AIS Healthcare in 2014 and currently serves as Regional Director of Infusion Nursing in the Southeast Region, supervising more than 50 nurses in five states. She has more than 8 years of hands-on nursing experience, previously working as an in-home infusion care nurse and in the cardiac intensive care unit at South Georgia Medical Center.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Presbyterian College.

Katie joined AIS Healthcare as a staff nurse in 2019 and is now a Regional Director of Infusion Nursing in the Mid-South Region. She previously worked as a post-anesthesia care unit nurse at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center and in the emergency departments of several other healthcare facilities. 

Katie earned an associate degree in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governors University. 

Natalie brings over 20 years of comprehensive nursing experience spanning a wide range of healthcare settings. Since joining AIS Healthcare in 2017, she has led with clinical excellence and operational insight, currently serving as the Senior Regional Director of Nursing & Operations for the Western Region.

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Natalie has held key roles across multiple areas of healthcare, including interventional pain management, targeted drug delivery, home infusion services, specialty pharmacy, case management, and health call center operations. Her clinical background also includes hospital-based critical care, ambulatory cardiac and electrophysiology care, and primary care practice—equipping her with a deep understanding of both acute and chronic care delivery models.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Regis University. She also completed an Executive Leadership certificate program at The George Washington University School of Nursing. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

With a passion for advancing patient care and nursing leadership, Natalie continues to drive high standards in home infusion and specialty pharmacy services across the Western U.S.
